Annual Casino Trip

It's that time of the year again!

Each year we organize a fun-filled day trip to a casino exclusively for 258 Club members and this year we’re going to Golden Nugget!

Who is eligible to go on the road trip?

258 Club members in good standing. Each member is entitled to bring one guest (must be at least 21 to enter the casino.)

Note: Members who sign up for the trip must be primary members. Primary members are allowed to bring one guest which can include the joint owner on the account.

When is the trip?
Thursday, October 24, 2019. Check-in will begin at 7:00 a.m. The buses will leave from the Main Office parking lot at exactly 8:00 a.m. and return to the Credit Union at approximately 7:00 p.m.

Is there a charge to go on the trip?
No. The credit union provides free transportation, snacks and water on the bus, and members can purchase their lunch at one of the many restaurants located within the casino.

There is, however, a no-show/ late cancellation fee. For members who cancel after 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 21, 2019, there will be a $10 fee per attendee. If a member and their guest do not show or cancel after 9 a.m. on October 21, they will incur a $20 fee. If a guest cancels or does not show up, the member will incur a $10 fee.

Do we have spaces left?
Seating is limited, so sign up now! The deadline to sign up is October 15, 2019. Once you sign up, you will be emailed additional trip information.

*Limit 4 boxes per year, 1 box per quarter. HTFFFCU Custom checks only. First initial order will need to be placed directly with the credit union to get the discount. Future reorders can then be placed online.
**Limited to 5 check copies, 5 cashier's checks and 5 stop pay orders per month.
