Christmas Club Account


Why wait until December to worry about how you are going to pay for those Christmas presents for your loved ones? With a Christmas Club Account from Houston Texas Fire Fighters Federal Credit Union, you can start saving money for the holidays all year long.

The Christmas Club Account is a separate savings account that has dividends paid monthly, based on a daily balance. With just a minimum balance of $5.00 you can be on the road to an easier Christmas holiday for you and your family.

To make if easier for you, you can have funds automatically deposited into your Christmas Account through Payroll Allocation. Also, every November, the funds will be automatically transferred to your Primary Savings Account.

APY is Annual Percentage Yield. Withdrawals, penalties and fees could reduce earnings. Dividend rates and APY are subject to change monthly without notice at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Dividends are paid at the end of the period from current income and available earnings after required transfers to reserves. These rates are not guaranteed for the current dividend period. All accounts must remain open through the end of the dividend period to be paid the accrued dividends. For Money Management accounts, the specified Dividend Rate for a tier will apply to the entire account balance if the balance is within the balance range for that tier.

This Rate and Fee Disclosure sets forth current conditions, rates, fees, and charges applicable to your checking share, savings share and share certificate accounts at Houston Texas Fire Fighters Federal Credit Union at this time. The Credit Union may offer other rates and fees or amend the rates and fees contained in this schedule from time to time. Each account holder agrees to the terms set forth on this Rate and Fee Disclosure and acknowledges that it is a part of the Account Contract.
